LAC, LN, LP, LBC Series

The Lubi LN and LP series of corrosion resistant thermoplastic pumps are designed for continuous medium pressure circulation or transfer of non-flammable liquids
which are compatible with the pump component materials where no suction lift is required.

A water seal flush port is provided for decontamination of chemicals on seal and seat elastomers. The pump discharge can be rotated 90° as per requirement.
These pump will handle specific gravities to 1.1 (at 100 SSU or less).
These pumps are available from 0.37 to 2.20 kW for single phase as well as three phase power supply.
These pumps are available in Noryl or Polypropylene material of construction. These pumps are available as closed coupled with standard TEFC motor. They are also available as long-coupled with standard TEFC as well as Flame Proof motor.

Features

  • The pump shall be designed for clean and clear room temperature water to be used in fire fighting application.
  • The pump casing shall be of Cast Iron grade FG 260 as per IS 210 / ISO 186 with inline suction and discharge port.
  • The pump casing shall have threaded ports near suction and delivery flanges for installing suction and discharge pressure gauges. The pump shall also have a threaded drain port at the bottom of casing for draining the pump during maintenance.
  • The pumps shall have closed type impeller with Bronze LTB2 (standard supply) & Cast Iron FG 260 material.
  • The diesel engine shall be supplied with Radiator cooled type(standard supply) or Heat exchanger type.
  • The diesel engine shall be supplied with 12 volts DC or 24 volts DC battery and connection cables.
  • The pump accessories Suction and discharge pressure gauge & Casing relief valve shall be supplied on request.
  • The entire pump set including base plate and diesel engine are to be painted with RAL3002 shade.

The Lubi LDM series portable drum and tank mixers have been designed, engineered and built to provide long life and trouble-free service in a wide variety of blending/mixing operations.

Lubi drum mixers can be mounted by either screwing into the bung opening or by mounting on the drum lip. Tank mixers can be mounted by clamping to the tank or container wall. Angle of entry may be adjusted to meet specific mixing requirements.

These are lightweight, handy and extremely powerful devices suitable for different industrial applications like waste treatment, water treatment and batch chemical preparation.

These are also ideal for mixing paints, varnishes, polymers, textile dyes, pharmaceuticals, soaps and countless other materials from 1 to over 1000 cps viscosity.
